How I Work With Astrology

My Astrological Approach

A living conversation between the cosmos and the soul.

Every astrologer and astrological system approaches readings different. The way I practice astrology is not predictive.

I do not use it to forecast specific events, make hard-and-fast declarations about anyone's future or tell you what will or won’t happen in your life. That’s not my view of the cosmos and that’s not what I believe astrology is here for.

Instead, I approach astrology as an archetypal language or a symbolic system that offers perspective, reflection and resonance. It gives us a way to listen more deeply to the rhythms of the natural world and the intelligent movements of the universe.

Understanding these energies can support us to consciously work with what's being expressed and to better understand the energies we may be navigating.

As archetypal astrologer Richard Tarnas writes:

“The planetary archetypes are not concretely predictive in a one-to-one causal fashion, but rather they express themselves through a wide spectrum of possibilities, always colored by human context, consciousness, and choice.”

In other words: the planets are not dictating your life. But they do mirror aspects of your human experience personally and collectively, in ways that can be illuminating and empowering.

This work is not about fate. It’s about meaning — and how we create it.

The Role of Astrology in This Space

Utilizing astrology as a tool whether through chart readings, transits or ongoing support — it is always done:

• With informed consent and clarity around your comfort level

• As an invitation, not a prescription

• Through the lens of archetypal symbolism, not fatalism or “one-size-fits-all” interpretations

Your natal chart (where the stars and planets were when you were born) is a living symbolic map of potential—of tensions, gifts, questions and patterns that may (or may not) resonate with you based on your lived experience. 

Astrology, for me, is one of many mirrors we can use to reclaim power and perspective. It’s a tool for validating our human experience and connecting to ourselves, each other and the universe.

Astrology in Our Coaching Work (hint: it's separate on purpose)

In our coaching work together, you lead the way. Coaching is a space for your inner insights to rise and I’m simply here to support that unfolding through presence, reflection and powerful questions. Because of that, I keep astrology and coaching as distinct conversations.

Any in-depth astrological insights (like readings or discussions of transits or current themes) will happen outside the coaching sessions, typically through email or short videos sent between sessions. That way, you can take it in at your own pace, reflect on what resonates and bring any insights or questions into the first few minutes of our next call if you choose.

This keeps your coaching space spacious and client-led, not shaped by external information or interpretation.

You are always your own authority

Above all else, you are the expert of your experience. Astrology may offer insights, but your inner knowing, your lived truth and your conscious choices are what shape your path.

I use astrology as one part of a broader holistic approach to support your self-reclamation — alongside many other tools like meditation, visualization, somatic awareness, emotional exploration, spiritual insight and the art of asking powerful questions.

My sacred boundary on skepticism

I’m not here to convince anyone that astrology is “real” or to debate its validity. If you’re unsure about your views or prefer not to include astrology in our work together, I 100% respect that. There’s still so much we can explore together through coaching alone.

At the same time, I ask for mutual respect. Astrology is a meaningful and sacred part of my cosmology and I bring it into my work with reverence and care. I’m not interested in arguing over differing beliefs or justifying its relevance.

If you’re curious, I’m happy to share insights in a way that supports your path. If not, I honor that fully—no pressure, no judgment. And that goes both ways.

For Astrology Readings Without Coaching

If you’re not looking for ongoing coaching but feel called to receive an astrology reading, you’re absolutely welcome here.

I offer stand-alone astrology readings for individuals who want clarity and deeper understanding of the archetypal energies at play. These readings are not predictive, but they are powerful invitations into self-awareness and soulful alignment.

Depending on the offering, we might explore:

• Your natal chart through an archetypal lens highlighting core patterns, strengths and soul themes

• Current transits and how they may be showing up in your lived experience

• Your Solar Return chart around your birthday focused on energies for the year ahead

• Business astrology to explore the distinct energetic signature of your company or creative project as a living, evolving entity

• Seasonal check-ins to explore the current energetic invitations of the moment

These readings are intuitive, personalized and grounded in years of study, but they’re also designed to be digestible and empowering. You don’t need to “know astrology” to receive value.

Time Limits + Scope

Please note that all readings have a set time limit. That could be a live session, a pre-recorded video or written notes depending on the format you choose. The specific time limit for each reading is clearly stated on the purchase page and I honor those boundaries to respect both your time and mine.

If you're booking a relationship or family reading, the number of people whose charts are included will also be listed clearly. I do not analyze additional charts beyond what’s included in the offering you select.

Before booking, I ask that you read the fine print on each offering carefully. This ensures we both have clear expectations and can enter our session with aligned energy.
