That’s completely okay and many people feel that way at first. We’ll talk about your options during the Chemistry Call and what makes the most sense for you right now. There’s no one-size-fits-all and you don’t need to have it figured out before we chat.

It’s encouraged that you take the time to feel into this decision and commit fully before purchasing.

That said, I understand life happens. If you need to reschedule a session, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

The Chemistry Call is a free 30-minute conversation where we get to know each other. You’ll share a little about where you’re at and what you’re hoping for, and I’ll share how holistic coaching might support you. There’s no pressure at all! It’s simply a chance to see if we’re a good fit and if this feels like the right next step for you.

After we talk, you can take the time you need to feel into whether coaching with me is the right next step. If it feels aligned, wonderful. If not, that’s perfectly okay too.

Therapy is a clinical practice. It often focuses on mental health diagnoses, trauma resolution or integrating the past, especially when someone is navigating anxiety, depression, or unprocessed trauma that’s still very active in the nervous system.

Coaching, on the other hand, is present- and future-focused. We may explore where patterns began in childhood, but we don’t stay stuck there. Instead, we bring compassionate awareness to those parts and then move toward new choices, new stories and new ways of leading your life from the inside out.

So yes, this work is transformational. But it’s not therapy.

And if something ever arises in our sessions that feels better suited for a therapist, I will lovingly refer you to someone qualified. That’s part of holding a safe, ethical container.

In our coaching work together, you lead the way. Coaching is a space for your inner insights to rise and I’m simply here to support that unfolding through presence, reflection and powerful questions. Because of that, I tend to keep astrology and coaching as distinctly different conversations.

Any in-depth astrological insights (like readings or discussions of transits or current themes) will happen outside the coaching sessions, typically through email or short videos sent between sessions. That way, you can take it in at your own pace, reflect on what resonates and bring any insights or questions into the first few minutes of our next call, if you choose.

This keeps your coaching space spacious and client-led, not shaped by external information or interpretation.

As a special bonus included in the 12-Session package, you have the option to receive a 75-minute Foundational Astrology Chart Reading to be used within the first month of our container. It helps set a supportive foundation for how I can weave astrological insights into our journey together.
