Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

All astrology readings, advisory sessions,and coaching sessions are non-refundable. Due to the time reserved, preparation involved and the personalized nature of these services, all sales are final.

Clients may reschedule a session with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice. This allows adequate time to adjust the schedule and offer the appointment to other clients. Requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be considered late cancellations.

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered no-shows. A client will also be considered a no-show if they are more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.

In cases of late cancellation or no-show, the session will be forfeited and the client will be charged for the full service, as the time has been reserved and cannot typically be filled on short notice.

Prior to purchasing a service, clients are responsible for reviewing the full service description, including session format, duration, and what is included in the offering. If you have questions about whether a service is the right fit for your needs, please reach out before purchasing for additional clarification.

In the event that the coach must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

All readings and sessions must be scheduled and completed within 12 months of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any unused sessions remaining after this period may be forfeited.

Technology & Connectivity

Sessions are typically conducted online via Zoom or another agreed-upon platform. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and access to the required technology at the time of the session.

If technical difficulties occur on the client’s end that prevent the session from taking place, the session will proceed within the remaining scheduled time or may be considered a late cancellation or no-show depending on the circumstances.

If technical issues occur on the coach’s end that prevent the session from taking place, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Client Readiness & Participation

Clients are expected to arrive to sessions present, able to participate and in a suitable state to engage in conversation and reflection.

The coach reserves the right to end or reschedule a session if a client appears unable to meaningfully participate due to illness, intoxication, disruptive behavior, or other circumstances that interfere with the session. In such cases, the session may be considered forfeited at the coach’s discretion.
