Astrology Reading Rescheduling and Refund Policy

All astrology readings are non-refundable. Due to the time, energy and preparation involved in curating each personalized session, all sales are final.

Clients may reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Requests to reschedule made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accommodated and may result in forfeiture of the session.

Prior to purchase, clients are responsible for reviewing the full service description, including the session length, what is included and how many charts (if applicable) are covered.

While an exact time helps create a more precise chart (especially for rising sign, house placements and moon position), we can still explore meaningful insights with an approximate time or focus on areas less impacted by timing. Feel free to reach out to discuss this further.

If you're unsure of your birth time, I recommend working with a chart rectification specialist who can help estimate an accurate time of birth based on key life events.

Readings are done online via Zoom unless otherwise stated. You’ll receive a link with details in an email invitation after you book a reading. 

After booking, you'll receive a brief questionnaire to help focus our session. For your chart, I’ll need your full birth date, exact time (if known), and location.

For business readings, you’ll also receive guidance on how to determine the most aligned date, time and location to use for your business chart based on when the concept first felt alive for you.
