👋  Hi, I’m Sam.

I'm a Certified Holistic Coach and Astrologer supporting professionals.

Before coaching, I spent 10+ years in marketing and design inside fast-paced agencies, leading strategy for startups and global companies. I know what it looks like to perform at a high level, enter parenthood and feel like I was failing at every role I had. Coaching rebuilt my confidence and brought back my joy. Astrology supported me in accepting my own gifts and actually leaning into them. That combination is exactly why I became a coach.

Now I do that work, supporting people to work and live with greater self-knowing and wellbeing.

What Makes My Approach Different

My approach is holistic, meaning I don't separate the professional from the personal.

What's happening in your life affects how you show up at work.

How you feel about yourself affects the decisions you make.

I coach the whole person because that's the only way this is really meaningful.

To be clear, this isn't therapy. My clients and I are always working toward a goal like: clarity, a decision, a shift in how someone's showing up, but we get there by digging into the many facets of our lives.

I also bring in spiritual tools like astrology, that most coaches don't. It's 100% optional and the client's choice. 

Does that feel out of place in a professional context? It shouldn't. You don't leave your whole self at the door when you walk into work and neither do the people on your team. You are not separate parts. You are a whole person: mind, body, heart and spirit and all of it is interconnected.
