The Referral Circle

I believe the most powerful growth comes from genuine connection. If you’ve worked with me and felt supported by the work, this is my way of saying thank you for helping the circle grow.

The Referral Circle is an invitation into collaboration over competition and a regenerative exchange of prosperity that's in flow. If you know someone who may benefit from my offerings, you are invited to help spread the word and to be compensated for creating that energetic bridge.

How It Works

Who can refer?

Any past or present paying client of mine. (Free sessions, discounted sessions, barter and beta offerings are excluded.)

Who can be referred?

A brand-new client who has never worked with me before. They may be on my email list or have chatted with me previously, but they must not have already completed a discovery call.

Which services qualify?

Referral rewards apply to 1:1 services only, including (but not limited to):

• Coaching

• Astrology readings

• Marketing mentoring & branding

This program does not apply to group programs, memberships, workshops or digital products.

How's the money exchange work?

When your referral becomes a paying 1:1 client, you receive 20% of their first payment. If they pay in full, you receive 20% of the full amount. If they choose a payment plan, you receive 20% of the first payment. You may refer multiple people. Each referral is rewarded individually, based on that client’s first payment.

•  To keep this program sustainable, referral payouts are capped at $5,000 per referrer per calendar year.
• Minimum qualifying purchase: $100

When & how are you paid?

• Referral payments are sent after the new client’s first payment clears and issued within 30 days after that

• Payments are sent via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle or other preferred method.

• Taxes
  Referrers are responsible for their own taxes related to referral income. If referral payouts total $600 or more in a calendar year, I will issue a Form 1099 as required.

How are referrals tracked?

A referral is considered valid if any one of the following happens:

• The new client lists your name on their intake form or during checkout

• The new client emails me directly and names you

• You email me to introduce them

If more than one person claims the same referral, the referral goes to the first person named by the new client.
In rare gray-area situations, I’ll use my discretion to decide fairly.

Maintaining Energetic Integrity

This referral program is rooted in alignment and consent. 

It is:

• Not affiliate marketing

• Not an MLM or pyramid scheme

Please do not spam, cold-pitch or sell on my behalf.

The spirit of this offering is simply: “I worked with this person, it supported me and I thought of you.” If it feels good to share, share. If it doesn’t, that's totally ok.

The Fine Print

This referral program is open-ended but not permanent. It may be paused, changed or closed at any time, with or without notice. 

I reserve the right to modify the terms of this program at any time to ensure clarity and fairness.
